Purpose:
- To encourage local Jaycee chapters to nominate deserving past and present Jaycees for membership in the JCI Senate.
- To promote fellowship among JCI Senators.
- To meet locally as individuals, to provide a means for retaining friendship and expanding the organization.
- To foster better understanding and goodwill through International Relations.
- To be non-partisan, non-sectarian and not-for-profit in its purposes and activities.
- To wholly abstain from any political affiliations or the endorsement of any candidates for any public office.
- To maintain a role of non-interference in the affairs and activities of the regular Jaycee organizations, at any level off their structure.
- To provide experienced assistance to the Jaycee movement at a local, region and state level, as invited, asked or requested.
